Western Days Spring Camp

Upcoming Dates: Sunday, March 14th (10am) through Tuesday, March 16th (3pm)

Costs: $250/$100 Deposit will secure your spot. Includes all meals.

Class Description

This camp was designed for the younger horse lover, aged 9 to 13 years. Come play "Cowboys and Indians" with us, Camp Tonkawa style!

A three day camp will have half a day with horses: controlled riding sessions, grooming, feeding, a trail ride. Also will include archery, canoeing, a scavenger hunt, games and crafts. Sleep in Indian Tipis, eat Dutch oven cooking, and just have a rodeo of fun.

We have a swimming pond, so bring provisions to enjoy.

NOTE : All classes have a minimum number of registrants to make or sorry to say it will be cancelled. So bring your friends and tell everyone you know. Some classes are listed but are not currently on the schedule for the upcoming year. If your group has an interest we can schedule a date for you.

Large Family Rates are available.

Scout and other large groups of 12 or more are eligible for a group discount, contact us for more information.

Western Day Spring Break Camp, March 14-16, started out chilly but that didn't stop us from our horse time, archery, plus all the fun activities.  We had 10 campers, 4 counselors, 2 adult staff plus 6 others who came to help part time, making a wonderful camp for us all.
